What are the advantages of the Propellent wide-channel heat exchanger

Municipal wastewater and industrial wastewater are good low-grade available energy sources, and can be used as cold and heat sources for sewage source heat pumps to heat and cool buildings. Recovering the heat contained in urban sewage and industrial wastewater can replace some coal-fired and oil-fired boilers, and can appropriately alleviate environmental problems in China. And it can optimize China's energy structure, alleviate the problem of energy shortage and uneven distribution, which is of great significance to the country's energy conservation and emission reduction.
Sewage heat exchanger is the key equipment to realize urban sewage heat utilization. However, as a kind of poor water quality, the introduction of sewage into the heat exchanger will inevitably cause fouling on the heat exchange surface, resulting in an increase in the heat resistance of the heat exchange surface and a decrease in the overall heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger. Sewage and dirt will even block the heat exchange channels, affecting the continuous and stable heat exchange of the heat exchanger. Therefore, ordinary sewage heat exchangers have many technical problems such as easy scaling, difficult cleaning, and easy clogging.
However, the existing sewage heat exchange system uses sewage or industrial wastewater as a filtering treatment. The sewage filtering device installed in front of the sewage heat exchanger cannot have a small filtering hole, otherwise the sewage filtering device will be blocked quickly. Such a sewage filtration device can solve the problem of clogging of the sewage heat exchanger, but the small viscous impurities in the sewage can enter the sewage heat exchanger through the sewage filtration device, and continuously settle inside the sewage heat exchanger and on the surface of the heat exchange plate. Deposition and fouling increase the surface thermal resistance of the heat exchange plate, and the overall performance of the heat exchanger quickly deteriorates.
Propellent wide-flow channel sewage heat exchanger overcomes the technical problems of easy scaling and clogging of ordinary sewage heat exchangers, and has the following technical advantages:
1.Wide flow channel sewage heat exchanger is specially designed for sewage heat exchange. The sewage channel adopts the wide flow channel type. The flow channel has good internal permeability and is not easy to block.
2. The heat transfer plate of the wide flow channel sewage heat exchanger is made of stainless steel, which not only has high corrosion resistance, but also the surface of the heat exchange plate is an inclined plane. After polishing, dirt is difficult to deposit and adhere to surface. Sewage flows along the heat exchange surface from top to bottom, and the sewage at the back continuously flushes the sewage at the front, making the heat exchanger less prone to fouling, thereby extending the life cycle and reducing the number of cleaning of the heat exchanger;
3. The heat exchange of sewage and clean water is countercurrent convection heat transfer, and the heat transfer coefficient is high.
4. Use clean water to flow along the flow channel during cleaning to flush the heat exchange surface, which can be cleaned without disassembling the heat exchanger. After using the wide channel sewage heat exchanger for a period of time, open the manual cleaning port on the side wall of the box and use high-pressure water cleaning to achieve a cleaner cleaning.
