The heating temperature can't meet the requirements

Reasons:

1.     Hot side medium flow rate is insufficient, to lead to big temperature difference in hot side, pressure drop is small

2.     The temperature is low and cold in cold side, hot end temperature is low.

3.     Flow maldistribution for several parallel running plate heat exchangers.

4.     Heavy scaling inside of heat exchanger

Treatments:

1.     To increase the flow of heat source or pipe diameter of heat source.

2.     To balance flow of many sets of parallel running plate heat exchanger.

3.     To separate the plate heat exchanger and clean plates surface.
