Interporosity flow:

1. Reasons
       1.plate corrosion cracks or perforation due to improper selection.
       2.Operating conditions do not conform to the design requirements.
       3.The residual stress after plate cold stamping forming and the clamping size is so small to cause stress corrosion.
       4.Plate of slot leakage has slight leakage to cause the harmful substances in the medium to corrode the plate.

2 Treatments

1.Replace a crack or perforated plate, with pervious method for plate crack at the scene.

2.Adjust the operating parameters, make it meet the design conditions.

3.Heat exchanger maintenance assembly clamping size should comply with the requirements, not as small as possible.

4.Plate materials and reasonable matching.
