Plate heat exchangers are common heat exchange equipment in civil and industrial heat exchange systems. The connecting pipe is an important part of the heat exchanger, and the installation requirements are relatively strict. The following briefly introduces the precautions for installing and taking over the plate heat exchanger: 1. The pipe should be flush with the inner surface of the flange; 2. The inlet and outlet of the hot and cold medium of the pipeline should be consistent with the connection on the heat exchanger. Considering the convenience of maintenance, it is best to use short sections when connecting the pipeline and the heat exchanger; 3. The connection pipe should be arranged along the radial or axial direction of the plate heat exchanger as far as possible; 4. When the temperature requirement is higher than or equal to 300℃, butt welding flange shall be adopted; 5. Thermometer interface, pressure gauge interface and liquid level gauge interface should be set when necessary; 6. For heat exchangers that cannot be used for venting and draining with a connecting pipe (or interface), the venting port should be set at the high point of the equipment, and the drain port at the low point should be set up, and the minimum nominal diameter is 20mm; 7. The plate heat exchanger can be equipped with an overflow port. When installing and operating the plate heat exchanger, it is necessary to understand the installation and operation procedures and precautions in detail to ensure the normal and stable operation of the plate heat exchanger during use, and try to avoid damage to the heat exchanger caused by damage to parts .
