Dismantling method and precautions of plate heat exchanger

The plate heat exchanger needs to be disassembled and inspected during maintenance, repair or cleaning. Therefore, to understand the method and precautions of heat exchanger disassembly: 1. Before disassembling the plate heat exchanger, first measure the compacted length of the plate bundle and make a record (the size must be followed when reassembling). 2. Remove the clamping bolt and heat exchange plate. 3. Remove the sealing gasket on each plate. If the rubber pad is stuck in the groove between the two plates, you need to carefully separate it with a screwdriver, insert it from the easily peeled part, and then separate it along its periphery, and do not damage the plate and the sealing gasket. The liquid nitrogen quenching method can also be used to deform the gasket by quenching and then tear off. 4. If you want to replace the new gasket, you need to use acetone or other ketone organic solvents to wipe the gasket groove, and then evenly apply the adhesive in the plate sealing groove. 5. Use a lamp or kerosene infiltration method to check the heat transfer plates for cracks or perforations one by one. If so, they need to be repaired or replaced in time. 6. Check whether the heat exchange plate has pits or local deformation, and if it exceeds the allowable value, repair or replace it. 7. If there is accumulation of debris in the short pipe or channel of the medium, it should be cleaned in time. 8. When disassembling the titanium plate, it is strictly prohibited to contact with an open flame to prevent oxidation. 9. Check whether the gasket has aging, deterioration, cracks and other defects, and prohibit hard objects from scratching on the surface. 10. It is strictly forbidden to accumulate solid particles, such as sand and iron slag, on the surface of the gasket and plate. The above is the disassembly method and precautions of the plate heat exchanger. For more related product introductions, please consult Shandong Prepler.
