1. Before starting the machine, check the whole pipeline connection system and the required fluid inlet and outlet connection form. When starting the machine, firstly open the low temperature and low pressure valve, and then open the high temperature and high pressure fluid valve.Shut down the high temperature and high pressure fluid valve first, and then close the low temperature and low pressure fluid valve.

2. When plate heat exchanger is used for liquid-liquid exchange, there is no need to set exhaust device. When steam steam exchange and low flow and high viscosity liquid, exhaust valve and water trap shall be set in the pipeline system to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the unit.

3. After a long-term continuous operation of the plate heat exchanger, due to the accumulation of sediment in the fluid on the surface of the plate, increasing the thermal resistance, reducing the heat transfer efficiency, the maintenance personnel should regularly clean and maintain.

4. During maintenance, if the gasket needs to be replaced, first clean the plate with acetone or ethyl acetate, and then apply adhesive to the plate groove and the gasket respectively. When it is slightly dry, insert the gasket into the groove, press it evenly all around, and then assemble it for several hours.
