The types of heat exchangers used are different depending on the application. For example, food grade stainless steel plate heat exchangers are generally used in food production. In flue gas waste heat recovery conditions, the finned tube heat exchanger is adopted generally; and in the domestic hot water waste heat recovery, a common material detachable plate heat exchanger can be used, and a suitable heat exchanger product can be selected according to the application requirements.

     In the sugar mill manufacturing, the plate heat exchanger is usually used for heating the sugar juice, thin juice heating, pre-heater for the molasses, and the cooling of the molasses.

     Propellent plate heat exchangers and the free flow plate heat exchanger are suitable for the multi-step process of sugar production. They have been widely used in the production of sugar industry and have established long-term cooperation with many sugar industry manufacturers.
