When the scale of heat exchanger is blocked, the weak acid solution (5% phosphoric acid or peroxide acid can be used) can be used for reverse flushing. In order to improve the flushing effect, the water pump can be used for pressurized flushing. The optimal flushing flow rate is 1.3-1.5 times of the original liquid flow rate. After acid cleaning, a large amount of clear water is required to wash the acid in the system.
